J: Chapter 5 of 10.

I didn’t think that there would be a limit to the increase.

In other words, it wasn’t possible to recklessly raise a single stat. There were still many other stats to raise so it didn’t matter that much but I was wondering what I should do after reaching 2,000 in all the stats.

“Seonbae oppa! Front! Front!”

“Ah.”

I hurriedly changed my direction vertically. I almost crashed straight into a cliff.

“Whew! How did you do that just now?”

“It’s a new skill I got called Direction Change. It allows me to change my direction while maintaining the speed.”

“Isn’t that cheating?”

“Yeah. It’s cheating.”

I said so and continued running.

I decided to think about the limit later. It was a problem that could be solved after raising all the other stats. There might be a way to break the limit while raising the other stats.

Running at over 100km/h, the battlefield soon appeared in front of my eyes.

Flash!

Another blinding light burst out.

The cause was none other than Baek Gyeong. The Hadron Canon that crossed the middle of the battlefield had evaporated ally hunters. I could see a hunter that was running away while screaming.

“Shit’s crazy! Fuck! I’m really sorry brothers but I really have to run!”

It was none other than BJ Pacheongeom. He was running away while shouting with his okay looking face when Baek Gyeong’s line of sight turned towards him as if that figure caught its eye.

The problem was that there were already dozens of people running away in the direction Pacheongeom was running away.

The people there would die without a doubt if left like that.

The atmosphere boiled up fiercely in that short time. The Hadron Cannon had a short cooltime compared to its power.

The fact that it possessed continuous fire capabilities was the real scary part of that technique, not just its power.

On top of that, the power of it was too much for me to handle with my bare body.

Countless numbers of techniques flashed by my mind but none of them could block that.

Well, at least I couldn’t that is.

I took out Baek Gyeong from the manual.

“Did you. Call me.”

“Send that guy off in one shot.”

“Understood.”

This side was a Baek Gyeong that had subordinate invincibility option attached to it.

This side will probably shoot later but if that Baek Gyeong had a brain, it would turn its attack to this direction.

Flinch.

And as expected.

At the tremendous amount of power pouring out from here, the enemy Baek Gyeong turned this way.

I hurriedly got away from between the two. The moment I got a few dozens of meters away, the Hadron Cannon the enemy Baek Gyeong fired flew towards my subordinate.

Also, the timing was a bit late but our side’s Baek Gyeong also fired a Hadron Cannon.

With a sound like that of two hails colliding, a huge shockwave exploded out.

“Kyak!”

That shockwave was so great that it ignored my psychokinesis and sent Soo-ah flying far away. I hurriedly scooped her up and fell back.

“It’s insane!”

There was a massive crater at the place the two Hadron Cannons collided.

“Se, seonbae oppa.”

Once I lowered my head to look at Soo-ah, she was holding on to me tightly while shivering.

I was wondering if it was on the level where she would be frightened but realized the corner of her mouth was up.

“Why are you laughing?”

“There’s a good smell coming from seonbae oppa’s body.”

“Keep it moderate.”

I dropped her on the ground and turn my line of sight. Soo-ah got up from the ground while dusting herself and grumbling. I could take such a joke anytime but this was a battlefield.

“But why are there two Baek Gyeong?”

“One is mine.”

“Really? What in the world did you do seonbae oppa?”

“It’s too long to explain so I’ll tell you later. You go back for now and evacuate everyone. It seems like the hunters here would cross the styx river just from the aftermath after all.”

In the first place, BJ Pacheongeom wasn’t that skilled of a hunter. He was probably just able to buy items from the money gotten from streaming.

Soo-ah opened her mouth while looking at our side’s Baek Gyeong.

“Whitey. Good luck!”

“Whitey……?”

“It’s white. And Baek Gyeong has no affection.”

“Is that so.”

Baek Gyeong whose name had become Whitey at a moment’s notice stared at Soo-ah while tilting its head.

“My. Name. Is not. Whitey.”

“Don’t worry about such things and face that guy.

I hurriedly sent Soo-ah away and pointed at the enemy Baek Gyeong.

Our side’s Baek Gyeong, so Whitey, nodded and prepared another Hadron Cannon.

Boom!

The battle between Baek Gyeong and Baek Gyeong was incredibly simple.

Both were equipped with overwhelming ranged weapons so they just kept firing Hadron Cannons while staying in place.

It was at the level of a human cannon.

I did feel like it would be fine to fire while moving but since the one that got advantageous as time passed was Whitey(?), I let it be.

As great of a technique the Hadron Cannon was, the copied Baek Gyeong’s body wouldn’t be able to endure after all.

However, just watching didn’t fit me either.

I held the Dancing Sword and engaged in close combat. The hunters nearby were quickly taken care of by Soo-ah and I crossed the empty space with tremendous speed.

Once I got within 50 meters of the enemy Baek Gyeong, it finally turned its eyes towards me.

I could instantly confirm its eyes tremble.

It was confused as to whether it should attack Whitey or me.

If I was the one in such a situation, I would attack me for now and try to avoid Whitey’s attack. Either way, I wouldn’t waste a second like that.

One second in such a battle was time that divided life or death.

The moment I reached him, I swung the Dancing Sword at him.

As desperate as he was, it cancelled the Hadron Cannon and held up the sword it had against the Dancing Sword.

Even if it was a copy, it was still a level 10 Sword of the Abyss.

The Dancing Sword got deflected as blue sparks scattered. I jumped up into midair and swung my sword down on him.

It was a strike that possessed my strength and weight.

“Kuaa!”

It was blocked once more by its sword but it wasn’t like there was nothing gained.

Blue cracks started appearing on Baek Gyeong’s white face. He stepped back while being in pain. In that time, Whitey’s Hadron Cannon flew in.

However, Baek Gyeong used Dimension Gate to hide his body.

By the way, Dimension Gate is Baek Gyeong’s movement skill.

The movement distance is from 0 to 100km.

The further the distance travelled, the longer it takes to be able to use it again. The cooltime was 1 hour so it couldn’t be seen as omnipotent.

Either way, it used it suddenly so it shouldn’t have been able to go that far.

“Where are you!”

I jumped up to the air to find Baek Gyeong who used the movement skill. His appearance was incredibly weird. So it couldn’t be helped that he would catch one’s eye as long as it wasn’t too far away.

And as expected, I located him hurriedly running away about 1km to the west.

“Whitey! Follow me!”

I shouted loudly and ran using the Dancing Sword.

“I. Am not. Whitey.”

It wasn’t because Soo-ah said so, it was because it wasn’t possible to distinguish between ally and foe. It wasn’t like a good name came up in my head too.

“I will give you a good name if I think of one.”

“Understood.”

Whitey nodded and followed.

However, it couldn’t follow my speed that had reached 2400 from Soo-ah’s buff. I added my speed to toss the Dancing Sword so that Baek Gyeong couldn’t run away.

Flash.

The Dancing Sword that had my running speed added on it lew fast enough to change the reflected sunlight.

“Ut?”

Baek Gyeong who had been running while showing its back got surprised and flipped his body.

The Dancing Sword got stuck in the ground and sent a huge shockwave and I could see Baek Gyeong’s body collapse. It wasn’t even a direct hit but the aftermath so seeing it so feeble, it seems its body is almost at its limit.

It was a situation where it would be over in a few more hits.

After landing on the ground, I ran at him.

Even in that time, Baek Gyeong was continuously trying to run away.

I could hear Pacheongeom yelling from far away.

I couldn’t tell what he was saying due to the distance. It was probably talking about Baek Gyeong. With this, the fact that I summoned Baek Gyeong will probably spread throughout the country huh.

There was no need to hide it and I didn’t really try to hide it since it didn’t really matter but I’m thinking that there will be people that tackle me over it from somewhere.

The government might try to investigate me.

However, that was a problem for the future.

I took out the Dancing Sword that was stuck in the ground and threw it towards its back once more.

The Dancing Sword penetrated its back just like that.

“Kuaaa!”

The guy that had a huge hole in the middle of his body screamed and knelt down on spot.

The Dancing Sword lew up in the air once more and dropped down on its head.

Its head exploded as red blood got sprayed.

It was a gruesome sight but Baek Gyeong wasn’t a normal human being. As long as it was a monster, as long as its life wasn’t properly cut off I couldn’t let go of my tension.

Also, a huge amount of energy started gathering around him.

It was trying to fire a Hadron Cannon with the sword stuck in its head.

This guy’s endurance seemed to be a level above the others.

“Whitey!”

“Understood.”

Whitey who had barely caught up to me started preparing a Hadron Cannon as well.

The enemy Baek Gyeong with a sword in its head and half its face crumbled tried to fire a Hadron Cannon but it seemed to be going overboard due to its body breaking down.

The ball of energy that was getting larger suddenly blinked out of existence and its body got evaporated by the Hadron Cannon Whitey shot.

[+2,000]

“Whew.”

I approached him and picked up the Dancing Sword that had destroyed its head.

Its body soon returned to the void and an ore came into the manual at the same time.

There wasn’t anything much about the item but it wasn’t like there weren’t any rewards. I had confirmed Whitey’s battle capabilities and also got information that each entity had different endurance.

It wasn’t to the point of being satisfied but thinking about how the battle with Baek Gyeongs was just starting, there was no need to be let down.

Also, the real reason I came to the Yellow Sea was to meet Lee Hui-seung, it wasn’t to block China’s attack.

I could hear the sound of the van from behind.

It had only just managed to reach this place after the battle had ended.

I waited for the van that Edward and Son Aram was riding to arrive.

Once the van stopped, Son Aram waved at me and shouted.

“A large number of White Knights have appeared!”

“Large number? How many?”

“At least 100.”

100 Baek Gyeongs.

That number possessed enough firepower to eat up a country.

However, I wasn’t scared or worried. If it was this kind of number, that guy had no choice but to appear.
